He even recommended a restroom stop before heading into nyc which was a great idea with the holiday crowds! We have used Fortune Transportation for several years now for transportation to and from our home to Liberty Airport in Newark, NJ. Ilona has ALWAYS been kind, courteous and prompt with her quotes for transportation as well as always had a driver available even when it was last minute. Her quotes/receipts always have a concise, clear breakdown of costs and we have NEVER been overcharged for service or had prices change "last minute". The drivers that have been sent are always courteous, helpful and show up a tad early to make sure they are there to assist with any luggage or car seats. The vehicles are well maintained, clean and most importantly, safe. When we are picked up from the airport for our return ride, the drivers are always waiting patiently in a cell lot a phone call away for once we disembark. We have never been "left hanging" waiting for the driver to get to the airport. Lastly, the drivers are always safe, mindful and they go the extra mile make sure we are comfortable (temperature, music preferences etc) Having been a customer for several years now and having "tried" other companies and Uber for other solutions, I can safely say that we will exclusively use Fortune Transportation for all of our private transportation needs and I fully endorse them to others.

We rented a party bus for our wedding day and had such a positive experience! They were responsive to our emails and sent information in a timely manner. Fortune absolutely saved the day. A few weeks before our wedding, we realized that our original transportation plans with another company weren’t going to work out due to space and timing. In a panic, I reached out to Fortune to see if they had any last minute availability for bigger vehicles, and they did. Ed called me personally and talked me through our options for a while. When I talked to Ilona to finalize everything, she walked me through every detail, making sure that there wouldn’t be any reason to have to call me on the day-of. I got confirmations with all driver cell phone numbers but didn’t need to use any of them. They got our guests to the venue on time. From what we’ve heard from guests, there were no issues getting there. We joined our guests for the trip back to the hotel, and they were super accommodating and flexible. We would highly recommend them!

Their driver came early and stayed late when the concert ran over. The driver Chris was fun, funny and very helpful when we needed to make an extra stop. Limo was clean and spacious. When we arrived at baggage claim our driver, Rost was waiting for us.
He assisted us in retrieving our luggage, took it to the limo, and we had
a wonderful ride back to our home in PA in less than 1.5 hours. He was very friendly & courteous and we will DEFINITELY use Fortune Transportation group in the future - they were a pleasure to deal with and their rates were fair.

Great experience start to finish! We booked very last minute for a prom (not even a week before the event) and they scrambled to accommodate us!! They were on time, reasonably priced, and very flexible to work with. We were able to text the driver (Xavier) to coordinate the location at a crowded pre-prom picture event. He was patient as the kids made their way to the bus, despite it being 95° In the shade!!

That said, I just used Fortune for the first time for a family trip, and I can tell you they are truly some of the nicest people I’ve met in life. Both drivers were great. We were delayed for over a day coming home due to an airline issue. Ed from Fortune stayed in touch with me several times to make sure they were getting the same flight information as I was being given, especially since it kept changing. They are now my go to limo service. They are simply great. I wish the airline cared about us as much as Fortune did!

Absolutely first-class operation. We needed an early pick up from a hotel to PHL airport for an early morning flight. We called Fortune and we were given a very reasonable quote over the phone followed by a confirmation email after the reservation had been completed. Driver arrived 15 minutes early in an immaculate luxury vehicle, he helped us with our bags to the car. It was a relief traveling at that time of the morning to have a confirmed ride to the airport without worrying if an Uber or Lyft would be available or if their driver would cancel our ride at the last minute. The driver for my wedding was Rost. We were a little late for the pickup. I apologized to Rost. He said "It's your wedding day and I'm here for you." Instantly I felt at ease. We asked him to put on the air conditioning because we were hot in our dresses. Even though he was probably comfortable, he did it so pleasantly. He helped me in and out of the limo bus each stop. Didn't rush me even though I was walking slowly so as to not fall in my wedding dress. From a scale of 1-10, I give him a 20!!! So pleased!!! We were dropped off in plenty of time but after going through the TSA/security line and check, my husband noticed his phone was missing. I called our driver and he found it on the back seat but it was too late to return to the airport. Fortune held on to it until our return on 7/18. Our pick up went smoothly in spite of an air delay and by the time we got home, the phone was waiting for us between the storm door and front door. Perfect! We'll definitely use them again.

We contracted with Fortune Transportation Group in April for my younger daughter's wedding after having experienced their amazing service for my older daughter's wedding a few years ago. Ilona and her team were courteous, professional, and so responsive to our needs. We had buses and limos picking up and departing at various locations, and Fortune delivered on every detail. Ilona is great with taking notes and following every single detail I asked for, and took a personal interest in making sure everything went smoothly as promised. Fortune transportation was the best choice for our wedding! They book in 3
hour blocks so we had a shuttle running back and forth from our hotel to

The driver was on time and the vehicle held all five of us and our luggage.
We arrived at the airport on time. Our return flight was diverted to
